Do you or your family need emergency food assistance? Forgotten Harvest has a network of more than 280 agencies in the tri-county area to help you. Forgotten Harvest provides food to these agencies, which include emergency food pantries, soup kitchens, senior centers, children’s homes, domestic shelters, homeless shelters and group homes, who in turn help individuals and families in need.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
