Make Twice the Impact This Dairy Month

June is National Dairy Month, and right now, your gift goes twice as far to help feed our neighbors in need.

Thanks to a generous match from the United Dairy Industry of Michigan, all donations made in June will be doubled, up to $4,000, to help us purchase milk and other nutrient-rich dairy items for families across Metro Detroit.

Forgotten Harvest is Michigan’s largest food rescue organization. Last year, we rescued over 40 million pounds of fresh, surplus food from grocery stores, farms, and restaurants — delivering it free of charge to our community.

More than 500,000 people in Metro Detroit are facing hunger. Nearly 180,000 of them are children. Milk, yogurt, and cheese are often missing from their diets due to cost or access.

Your donation today helps us provide the right food, including essential dairy, in the right place, at the right time.
