Simply use the donate form above. Under DONATION AMOUNT click on the check box that says MAKE A RECURRING DONATION and follow the prompts. You can choose between annual, quarterly, and monthly giving options.

In the form above, there is a check box that says DEDICATE MY DONATION. Once you check the box, fill out the name and email of the person you are honoring and add a personalized message that will be sent to the email you provided. Or provide a street address and we’ll gladly send a card acknowledging your gift.

Forgotten Harvest rescues large quantities of food from all segments of the food industry, manufacturers, wholesalers, and licensed restaurants and caterers. If this applies to you, please visit our Partners & Agencies page for more information on how to schedule a pick-up.

Due to the nature of our organization and state regulations, donations of prepared foods from individual households or cottage food operations are not accepted.
