Is this a family-friendly event:

Yes! In addition to the screening of the family movie classic The Sandlot, there will be activities both young & old will enjoy!

Where do I park?

There are several paid parking lots available near Beacon Park and free parking at the nearby MGM Grand Detroit Casino. Valet parking at neighboring restaurant Lumen is available with select sponsorship packages.

What should I wear?

Leave your fancy dresses & shoes at home and opt for summer chic attire – cute sundresses & sandals for ladies and golf shirts & shorts for gents.

Will there be food & drinks?

Absolutely! It’s not a party without some yummy food & beverages. We will have a Food Truck Village featuring 3-4 food trucks and an ice cream station, courtesy of Guernsey Farms Dairy. Lumen will keep the drinks flowing all night long from their pop-up bar!

What about restrooms?

We will have restrooms available for our guests and two additional facilities on the side of Lumen facing Plaza Drive.

Can I bring my lawn chair or blanket for the movie?

Definitely! While we will have designated seating areas for our guests, you are more than welcome to bring your own chair & blanket for the movie.
